
Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Business Development professional to drive sales growth for Diagnostic Capital Equipment and Imaging products in the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, refining sales processes in collaboration with internal teams, and working closely with senior stakeholders to meet sales targets.
This role involves developing new business, increasing revenue, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, managing the tender process, and providing exceptional customer service.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop new business and increase revenue through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, laboratories, universities, and research institutions.
- Manage the tender process to ensure accurate quotes and compliance with business requirements.
- Track and maintain an active sales pipeline while providing regular updates on forecasts and market trends.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally with capital equipment or technical products.
- Experience in driving commercial outcomes in the healthcare/research sector, ideally with capital equipment sales and technical expertise.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
