Bendon Limited is seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Toowoomba. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
About the Role
This is a part-time opportunity, working 18.5 hours per week across a roster that includes Monday, Thursday, and Sunday. You will be required to complete a 12-week training program to become certified in our sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
- Participate in merchandising, processing stock, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the success of the store.
