Therapeutic Support Professional

We are seeking highly skilled allied health professionals or Early Childhood Educators to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Therapeutic Support Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children aged 0-7 years and their families.

  • You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored plans that cater to the unique needs of each participant.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, or early childhood education, along with extensive experience in working with children and families under the NDIS.

To be successful in this position, you must have:

  • University qualifications in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, or early childhood education
  • Extensive experience in working with children aged 0-7 years and families

  • A strong understanding of the key worker model and its application in a therapeutic setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, client-centered services
