Strategic Transformation Lead

Job Overview

As the Strategic Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance B2B engagement models, design fit-for-purpose frameworks, and oversee delivery of solutions that drive transparency, efficiency, and commercial outcomes. You will manage initiative leads and multi-disciplinary teams, aligning stakeholders to ensure that program objectives are delivered on time and with maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of strategic initiatives within the B2B transformation workstream.
  • Provide technical and strategic leadership to ensure solutions are commercially robust, transparent, and stakeholder-focused.
  • Manage initiative leads, consultants, and cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
  • Develop and implement frameworks for segmentation, service design, case management, and commercial models.
  • Oversee reporting, resource allocation, and program integration to ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated success in program/project management and transformation delivery within complex environments.
  • Proven experience in a B2B service environment, with a strong understanding of business tools, analytics, and relationship/account management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, or Program/Project Management.
