We are seeking an experienced financial leader to join our team and take on the role of Group Financial Controller. This is a fractional senior position, requiring approximately 24 hours of work per week. About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. They will also have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and have a commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead group budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and commercial modelling
- Guide capital allocation, manage debt, track and optimize accounts receivable, and forecast for risk and opportunity across each business
- Provide clear, forward-facing insights that empower the CEO to make big calls with confidence
- Design a finance function that runs like clockwork, including choosing and implementing the right tools and standardizing processes across business units
- Keep the foundations strong, from payroll and BAS to insurance, asset registers, and internal controls
