We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, building successful partnerships that drive quality opportunities for our customers.

The ideal candidate will champion the development of sustainable employment solutions, utilizing their sales and relationship skills to source new employment opportunities and empower customers to achieve their goals.

  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to build successful partnerships
  • SOURCE NEW EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
  • Empower customers to sustainable employment through interview and matching processes
  • Work within the community to make a difference and support people through change

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in sales and business development, with a passion for driving results
  • Achieve and exceed targets, leveraging experience and analytical thinking
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships with a strong focus on customer care and satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to obtain necessary certifications and clearances
