Key Role

This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships that drive successful collaborations and deliver quality opportunities to customers. The key goal is to champion the organization as a preferred employment service partner.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to source new employment opportunities.
  • Empower customers through sustainable employment solutions.
  • Match customers with suitable jobs through interviews and assessment.
  • Making a positive impact in the community by supporting people during times of change.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has experience in sales and a passion for business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong focus on customer care with exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically with an analytical and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to obtain necessary certifications or clearances.
