Our team seeks an experienced finance and administration professional to support our business functions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, workflow coordination and administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate all aspects of finance and accounts, including setup quotes, jobs and clients in WorkflowMax, Xero and SharePoint.
- Manage invoicing and billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including review of timesheets, payroll and HR tasks.

**Requirements:**

- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 and financial software, including WorkflowMax, Xero and SharePoint.
- Proven experience in financial management, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
