The Finance Coordinator will work in a hybrid environment, with the option to work both from home and in-office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank reconciliation, expense claim management, and statutory lodgement management.
- Enter and manage accounts payable and receivable for global operations.
- Enter and manage payroll for global operations.
- Reconcile bank statements and perform banking administration.
- Manage and process expense claims.
- Ensure timely lodgement of statutory filings.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in bookkeeping or financial administration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Experience with Xero.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
