We seek a highly organized and solution-focused Admin Coordinator to manage daily operations in our dynamic team.

Your Role

  • You'll coordinate the day-to-day administration of our Collections and Recovery Teams, leveraging your exceptional organizational skills.
  • Provide high-level support to senior management, including coordination with the Head of Operations Asset Finance and Collections Manager.

Requirements

  • Ideal background in finance and recovery admin coordination.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with experience in managing external requests and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, preferably including Dynamic 365 database skills.
