About Our Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Support Worker to join our Client Services Team.

As a key member of our team, you will be actively making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities by encouraging individuals to build confidence, social skills, awareness and skill development through engagement in our range of programs.

Working collaboratively, you will tailor your approach to the needs of each individual, establishing rapport with clients and their families and communicating effectively.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Person-Centred Approach: You will place the person at the centre of their service, bringing a focus on supporting individuals with intellectual/physical disabilities, high medical needs, mental health diagnosed and complex behaviour of concerns.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: You will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, enabling you to work effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
