With a person-centred approach and a growing footprint across South Australia, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our expansion and build strategic partnerships (visit )

Your Role

As our new Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in:

  • Growing client engagement and referral networks
  • Building strategic partnerships with NDIS stakeholders and allied health professionals
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies
  • Representing our organization at expos, events, and networking functions
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Participate in Business Development events/seminars

What You'll Need

Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or client engagement

Strong understanding of the NDIS and disability support services

Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills

Strong organizational and strategic thinking ability

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Current Driver's License (essential)

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Health, or Human Services (preferred)

Police Check, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
