About the Role
  • Support clients with personal care, community access, and daily routines
  • Work in participants' homes or in purpose-built facilities (SIL/SDA)
  • Manage complex needs including behaviours of concern, trauma, forensic backgrounds, and/or high clinical needs

This role involves administering medication, following detailed health support plans, and implementing behaviour support plans using de-escalation techniques. You will also provide meaningful, person-centred care to NDIS participants and collaborate with clinicians, case workers, and families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6–12 months' experience in disability, aged care, home care, mental health or related fields
  • Certificate III/IV/Diploma in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or similar (preferred)
  • Bachelor's in Nursing is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and boundary setting skills
  • Experience with high-intensity or complex behaviours advantageous but not required for all roles
  • NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver's Licence, and insured vehicle
