This is an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives as a Support Worker helping them to live independently and achieve their goals.
We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals who can provide support and care to people with disabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities;
- Assisting clients with medication and health plans;
- Accompanying clients on outings and appointments;
- Encouraging communication and self-expression;
- Backing clients' goals, choices, and dreams;
You will be working in a team that is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment.
We are looking for individuals who have experience in the disability sector, empathy, and a positive attitude. A valid NSW driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle are required.
Candidates with relevant certifications and checks will be highly regarded.
