Job Opportunity

We have an exceptional opportunity for a skilled and experienced leader to join our team in Port Hedland. This dual leadership role combines the responsibility of managing our local team with driving sales growth across a dedicated territory.

As a Business Development and Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Customer Service Officers and Warehouse team members. You will effectively manage site pick and pack, local manufacturing, and customer specific testing work, while actively driving employee engagement and improvement using feedback, data analysis, and action planning.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of Customer Service Officers and Warehouse team members
  • Managing site operations, including pick and pack, local manufacturing, and customer specific testing
  • Driving employee engagement and improvement through regular feedback and performance discussions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners

You will be well supported by a team of technical and sales experts, and will have access to a range of resources and training opportunities to help you succeed in this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the industrial supply or trade industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
