We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Tanilba Bay, NSW.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in aged care to provide high-quality clinical and holistic care to residents.
About the RoleThe successful applicant will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and delivering a high standard of care, services, and quality lifestyle for residents.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 12 months' experience as a Registered Nurse, demonstrated knowledge of aged care legislation, and ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to staff
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements
- Deliver high-quality clinical and holistic care to residents
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
- Minimum 12 months' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated knowledge of aged care legislation
- Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team
