Job Title: Field Service Supervisor

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of technicians and apprentices, ensuring high-quality service repairs and aftermarket support for a wide range of equipment.

The successful candidate will oversee work order scheduling, execution, and compliance with relevant standards, providing exceptional customer warranty support and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of 12+ technicians and apprentices.
  • Manage work order scheduling, execution, and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer warranty support and maintain strong relationships.
  • Champion safety by enforcing OH&S protocols and conducting risk assessments.
  • Use CAT systems (SIS) and IDS (Integrated Dealer Systems) to oversee job tracking, reporting, and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Heavy Duty (HD) trade professional with extensive supervisory experience in mechanical or dealership settings.
  • Proven leadership in similar industries, with the ability to inspire, motivate and guide high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of OH&S protocols and risk assessments, ensuring safety in high-risk environments.
  • Skilled in managing dynamic workloads and competing priorities through effective planning and time management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Technically proficient in computer systems for job tracking, reporting, and service coordination.
