As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Officers and Warehouse team members, fostering a culture of excellence and driving site pick and pack operations, local manufacturing, and customer specific testing work.
You will also play a key role in developing technical solutions, offering best practice advice and services to customers, and achieving budgeted sales and trading margin contribution targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and lead all safety objectives, including training and reporting.
- Regularly visit customer sites to develop technical solutions and offer best practice advice and services.
