Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Coordinator to join our team. This role involves reviewing and settling commercial asset finance transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is flexible, driven and passionate about delivering great outcomes. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure transactions are reviewed and settled efficiently, and assist in the review of practices and processes to drive improvements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Review commercial asset finance transactions for settlement, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure transactions are reviewed and settled efficiently.
  • Assist in the review of practices and processes to drive improvements.

Requirements:
  • Experience working in settlements / asset finance is preferred.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and a team player.
  • Quick Learner.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments and key stakeholders as well as work independently.
  • Understanding of Anti Money Laundering obligations.
  • Knowledge of PPSR.
