Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Financial Transactions Coordinator to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing high volumes of invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to approval workflows.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolving discrepancies or delays promptly, collaborating with the AP Team Lead as needed
  • Maintaining a neat and organized invoice filing system for easy record retrieval
  • Performing reconciliations, ensuring transactions balance and supporting financial reviews
  • Managing vendor payment queries with a friendly and professional approach
  • Assisting with period-end reconciliations, audit preparations, and compliance reporting
  • Maintaining data integrity for vendor records and contributing to improving processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role (experience in construction or a related field is a bonus)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle high volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal teams and vendors
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for learning and development
