Job Opportunity: Accounts Support Specialist

The role of an Accounts Support Specialist is to provide assistance to the accounts department. The successful candidate will work alongside the Accountant and be responsible for supporting various tasks, including financial transactions, data management, reconciliation, payment processing, supplier relationship development, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with financial transactions, including data entry, reconciliation, and payment processing.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SUPPLIERS AND CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE TIMELY TRANSACTIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS.
  • Prepare monthly reports and assist accountants with financial analysis and operations team reconciliation.

About You:

  • EXPOSURE IN LOGISTICS IS HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS.
  • A SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF EXCEL AND PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH FINANCIAL SOFTWARE WILL BE HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS.
  • MINIMUM 2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE.
  • PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE PACKAGES.
  • HIGHLY DEVELOPED NUMERICAL AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS.
  • HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  • STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
  • ABILITY TO WORK AUTONOMOUSLY.
