Chief Financial Transaction Coordinator

The Accounts Payable Officer role involves managing financial transactions, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate job costing and invoicing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Data entry of supplier invoices within the accounting system
- Liaising with project teams and managers regarding job costing and invoicing processing cost allocation
- Reconciliation of creditor statements
- Credit card reconciliations
- Preparation of EFT payment runs
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice queries and discrepancies
- Coordination and assistance with the supplier onboarding process
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and communication skills
