Commercial HVAC Technician Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HVAC technician with expertise in refrigeration to fill a key role in our Central Florida operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully troubleshooting and diagnosing defects in commercial air conditioning systems, as well as replacing or repairing defective parts, including thermostats, fan controls, damper motors, filters, compressors, pressure controls, and safety valves.

A strong background in installing new air conditioning systems is also essential. The successful candidate must be able to maintain good communication with dispatch and management, keep the company truck clean and organized, and manage truck inventory effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • EPA Certification is required.
  • At least five years of experience working as an HVAC technician.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
