HVAC Service Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC service technician to join our team in Central Florida.


Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose defects in air conditioning systems for commercial properties.
  • Replace/repair defective parts, including thermostats, fan controls, damper motors, filters, compressors, pressure controls, and safety valves.
  • Install new air conditioning systems.
  • Maintain good communication with dispatch and management.
  • Keep the company truck clean and organized.
  • Manage truck inventory.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Work a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications:
  • EPA Certification.
  • At least five years of experience as an HVAC technician.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
