Cakes Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Baker who is passionate about delivering exceptional quality cakes to our customers. As an Assistant Baker, you will work closely with the Baker to ensure that every cake meets our high standards of taste, texture, and presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Following strict proprietary recipes and production methods to achieve consistent results.
• Utilizing commercial-grade mixers and ovens to prepare and bake cakes.
• Assisting the Baker with daily baking and production flow, including preparing raw ingredients and equipment.
• Ensuring accurate packaging, labeling, and storage of baked cakes, as well as maintaining baking and refrigeration logs.
• Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive team environment.
