Customer Service Representative Role

Delivering exceptional customer experiences is at the heart of our operations. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions with professionalism and poise.
  • Nurture strong relationships with our clients through effective communication.
  • Process customer orders and/or enquiries efficiently.
  • Carry out administrative tasks as required to support the team's goals.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in call centre environments, particularly in the food service industry.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-paced work environments.
