Job Title: Executive Culinary Director

Responsible for creating and executing menus that meet the demands of our discerning clientele.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate food costs, order supplies accordingly, and manage kitchen inventory.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Develop and implement cooking procedures to ensure adherence by kitchen staff.
  • Maintain open communication with management, kitchen, and waiting staff to resolve food preparation issues.
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
  • Organize and manage kitchen staff schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification or 3 years' experience in lieu of the qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
