About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Partners and senior leaders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with departments such as HR, Finance, and IT to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor the administrative team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role within an accounting firm, with a proven track record of leadership and operational management.
  • Strong experience managing business functions such as human resources, including employee development, performance management, and recruitment processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
