As a Group Credit Manager, you will be responsible for leading accounts receivable, collections, and dispute management, while maintaining clear reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the credit management team to achieve business results and drive growth
  • Develop and implement effective credit management strategies to minimize risk and maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide expert advice on credit management best practices and industry trends
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Personal Property Securities Act (PPSA) and Trade Practices Act
Requirements
  • Proven track record in customer collections and business development
  • Strong knowledge of credit management principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with Open Item operating systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SAP and S4/Hanna systems
  • Desirable: experience with ASIC, Dun & Bradstreet, Veda, and ABR databases
