- Assisting patients with forms, documents and administrative procedures, collecting/ chasing test reports

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience managing front desk reception in a medical practice
- Experience managing min. of 2 receptionists
- WWCC
- Experience with Clinic to Cloud software is preferred
- To be flexible to work on Saturdays when required
- To be flexible and cover for the Norwest practice when required
