Job Description

We are seeking a diligent professional to oversee the efficient execution and administration of promotions and offers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Promo & Offers team and collaborating with digital channel teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our promotional activities, from initial setup and managing the briefing process, to post-campaign coordination and reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of promotional activities, attracting and retaining customers, and driving revenue growth through strategic experimentation and campaigns.


Key Responsibilities
  • Promotional Campaign Management & Administration:
    • Manage internal approval processes;
    • Coordinate with Billing team for code creation;
    • Maintain accurate records in relevant tracking systems.
  • Cross-functional Campaign Coordination:
    • Facilitate execution of promotional experiments and campaigns by coordinating with internal teams;
    • Submit briefing forms;
    • Coordinate asset development (email offers, landing page copy, creative);
    • Ensure necessary elements like Terms & Conditions and FAQs are in place.
  • Quality Assurance (QA) & Issue Resolution:
    • Conduct quality assurance checks for pre-live and live promotions;
    • Support Customer Experience (CX) by providing promotional details and assisting with issue resolution related to offers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years marketing experience (or related field)
  • Experience with campaign briefing
  • Familiarity with project management tools and Google Suite
  • Experience with AI and automation tools highly regarded
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
