The Role:
As a vital member of the Quality team, you will collaborate closely with operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain the highest quality in our compounded products. This role offers a chance to enhance your skills and contribute to our quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the release of compounded batches. Engaging in investigations and root cause analyses for non-conformances. Participating in risk assessments, change controls, and internal audits. Collaborating with stakeholders to address action items. Conducting training sessions on quality protocols.
You will champion continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization.
About You:
Background in a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical environment. Experience in sterile compounding. Familiarity with regulatory bodies. Commitment to quality improvement. Proficient in standard IT applications. Strong organizational skills. Relevant tertiary qualification in a scientific discipline.
