about the role

The Risk and Quality Assurance Coordinator is accountable to the Manager of Governance and Compliance for:

Building a High-Performance Culture: Engage staff to improve efficiency and effectiveness by identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, monitor, and manage risks across the Public Trustee.Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to standards, processes, and methodologies in personal estate, deceased estate, will writing, and trust administration.Internal Reviews: Coordinate (2nd line) internal risk and quality assurance reviews.Control Self-Assessment: Administer and coordinate the Public Trustee Control Self-Assessment Program.

about youExperience: Proven experience in quality and risk management, preferably within the public sector.Qualifications: Appropriate post-secondary qualification in Quality Management, Risk Management, or a related discipline.Skills: High-level interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
