Golf Club Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Golf Club Operations Manager to join our team.

  • Manage golf operations including competitions, timesheets, corporate golf days and liaison with the Head Professional.
  • Work closely with the Match & Greens Committee and Course Superintendent on golf and course matters.
  • Handle membership applications, renewals and waitlist process.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for members, visitors and the general public via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
  • Oversee clubhouse bookings and functions working with the bar and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our golf club. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves the game of golf and wants to build a career in the industry. If you have experience in golf services, club operations or hospitality, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will be accountable, adaptable and willing to roll up their sleeves when needed. They will also be confident with technology and able to pick up new systems quickly.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$100,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.
