Job Title: Golf Operations Manager

The Eastlake Golf Club is seeking a Golf Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the golf course, including managing competitions, timesheets, and corporate golf days.

\

As Golf Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Match & Greens Committee and Course Superintendent to ensure that the golf course is maintained to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for handling membership applications, renewals, and waitlist processes, as well as being a first point of contact for members, visitors, and the general public.

\

We are looking for someone who has experience in golf services, club operations, or hospitality. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to think on your feet. If you have an RSA and RCG, that's a bonus

\

Responsibilities:

  • Manage golf operations, including competitions, timesheets, and corporate golf days\
  • Work with the Match & Greens Committee and Course Superintendent to maintain the golf course to high standards\

  • Oversee clubhouse bookings and functions, working with the bar and kitchen teams to deliver a smooth experience

Requirements:

  • Experience in golf services, club operations, or hospitality\
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills\
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations\
  • RSA and RCG (or willing to obtain immediately)
