Job Summary

The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing technical solutions to meet those needs. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implementing changes to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with IT developers and operational teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes
  • Design and implement test cases to validate compliance with target state
  • Document existing processes and create artefacts for support/BAU processes
  • Support transition from development to operations and ensure smooth handover
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of networking technologies, including VPNs and Proxies
  • Work closely with remote teams and communicate effectively using digital collaboration tools
  • Perform root cause analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Present technical solutions and progress to stakeholders
  • Work as part of a large programme, questioning mind to fact-find and challenge where appropriate
  • Accountable for deliverables and proven track record of delivering on schedule
  • Good time management and self-sufficiency to deliver quality output without supervision
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Confluence, Jira

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience working in financial services, ideally in a similar role
  • Understanding of MFA and Passwordless is beneficial
  • Microsoft AD / EntraID / IAM experience
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Experience with IAM account recovery and reset journeys
