As a skilled Physiotherapist working in Residential Aged Care, you will be part of a dynamic team. You will contribute to enabling older individuals to remain active, independent, and connected to their communities through our innovative Plena Care Pathway – a comprehensive model designed to support residents throughout their aged care journey.

We are seeking qualified Physiotherapists with current AHPRA registration, those who share our passion for reablement and restoring independence in the lives of older people, Australian working rights, willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check, and a driver's license with a willingness to travel around a dedicated region.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct mobility and functional assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement restorative therapy plans to enhance patient outcomes
- Implement falls prevention strategies to minimize risk of injury
- Provide pressure care to promote wound healing and prevent complications
- Manage pain effectively to improve patient comfort and quality of life
- Lead active ageing group programs to promote physical activity and social interaction
