Enhancing Customer Experience through Continuous Improvement

We are seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Customer Resolution and Engagement team. This temporary role will focus on enhancing the quality of customer service, customer experience, and decision making processes.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development and refinement of our Quality Assurance approach, manage data consistency, and facilitate coaching for team members. Additionally, they will analyze results, identify trends, and collaborate on learning strategies.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality of decision making and customer experience.
- Deliver coaching and guidance to leaders and team members to support their professional development.
- Facilitate data checking and exception reporting to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate stakeholder surveys, analysis, and communication of results.
- Review and follow up on customer feedback and surveys to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain good practice procedures, processes, and guidelines to support excellence in decision making and service delivery.
