We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to provide quality assurance services within our In-Service Support Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, reporting on compliance, and developing corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Document quality issues and performance measures for management review.
- Develop and implement corrective actions based on root cause analysis activities.
- Support the maintenance and deployment of quality documentation.
- Undertake quality investigations as requested by Business Unit Managers.
Requirements
- A diploma or recognized equivalency certification in Quality Assurance, Lean Management, Engineering, or Project Management.
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing, supply chain, or project management environment.
- Well-developed planning and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken formats.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
