About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work in Residential Aged Care providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting mobility and functional assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing restorative therapy plans to promote resident independence
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to prevent falls and pressure injuries
  • Providing pain management and active ageing group programs to enhance resident well-being

You will be supported by a national team, ongoing mentoring, and an annual professional development allowance. You will also have flexible work arrangements and a culture that values work-life balance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in physiotherapy with experience working in aged care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
