Project Manager Role

As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee the delivery of projects within agreed timelines and service level agreements (SLA). You will work closely with stakeholders to identify expectations, delegate tasks, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for team members on assigned projects, ensuring seamless coordination and management of project needs.
  • Lead project meetings, presentations, and post-policy implementations, fostering effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Establish clear expectations with all project stakeholders, promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Define project goals and scope, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure successful customer support across multiple projects, delivering exceptional results in a dynamic environment.
  • Identify and mitigate project challenges, providing technical and management expertise to stakeholders and team members.
  • Collaborate with the training department to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and announcements.
  • Communicate project information effectively to high-level leadership, ensuring alignment with business needs and concepts.
  • Support audit and review processes by providing necessary documentation and materials.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in mortgages, with a strong background in project management.
  • Proficiency in Encompass LOS, with related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of mortgage workflow, agency guidelines, compliance, and disclosure requirements.
  • PMP certification and JIRA experience are highly valued.
  • Excellent prioritization, organization, time management, management, and analytical skills.
  • Strong conflict management and negotiation skills, with a focus on building relationships.
