Rail Operations Project Manager Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our rail operations project management efforts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing operating plans, creating and delivering planning documents, reports, and presentations describing rail operations, and advising and mentoring modelers.
The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge of U.S. and Canadian freight rail operations, experience in railroad operations or planning, 15+ years in the industry, and understanding of passenger rail interactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing operating plans for freight and passenger rail projects
- Creating and delivering planning documents, reports, and presentations describing rail operations
- Advising and mentoring modelers
- Providing expertise to internal teams
- Maintaining relationships with officials
