Job Title: Construction Project Lead

At our construction company, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee the performance of all trade contractors and manage project costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with clients, needs, and expectations.
  • Oversee quality assurance/quality control programs.
  • Promote a positive culture and team environment within the project team and key stakeholders.
  • Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure specifications and regulations are followed.
  • Understand and enforce contract agreements including contract negotiations and change orders.
  • Implement RFI, submittal, and cost control processes.
  • Compile and submit monthly owner applications.

Our company has projects in various markets, including commercial, multifamily, senior living, mixed-use, worship, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional. Projects typically range from $1 million to $50 million.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work closely with design teams, staff, subcontractors, and owners.
  • Understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Experience with quality assurance/quality control programs.
  • Knowledge of contract law and negotiation techniques.
