
Construction Project Lead

At our construction company, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee the performance of all trade contractors and manage project costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day interactions with clients, needs, and expectations.
- Oversee quality assurance/quality control programs.
- Promote a positive culture and team environment within the project team and key stakeholders.
- Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure specifications and regulations are followed.
- Understand and enforce contract agreements including contract negotiations and change orders.
- Implement RFI, submittal, and cost control processes.
- Compile and submit monthly owner applications.
Our company has projects in various markets, including commercial, multifamily, senior living, mixed-use, worship, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional. Projects typically range from $1 million to $50 million.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work closely with design teams, staff, subcontractors, and owners.
- Understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Experience with quality assurance/quality control programs.
- Knowledge of contract law and negotiation techniques.
