Project Manager, Digital Office

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include defining project scope, creating detailed work plans, determining resources required, collaborating with various business and IT teams, evaluating project outcomes, conducting project closure activities, documenting risks and issues, and facilitating scrum meetings.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires 5 years of progressive experience as a project manager or scrum master in project management, with at least 3 years of experience using project management tools like Jira. You should also have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations and IT sides.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field, with a minor or concentration in project management. They should also have strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Define project scope and objectives
    • Create detailed work plans and schedules
    • Determine resources required and allocate them effectively
    • Collaborate with various business and IT teams to complete project onboarding activities
    • Evaluate project outcomes and conduct project closure activities
    • Document risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
    • Facilitate scrum meetings and ensure smooth project execution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience as a project manager or scrum master in project management
  • At least 3 years of experience using project management tools like Jira
