About the RoleThis position is ideal for individuals transitioning from drafting, design or construction who're eager to take their skills to the next level and work on the retail side of building.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate and detailed tender documents and variations
- Produce precise retail cost estimates with approved margins and markups
- Provide fixed site costs and support sales queries with timely responses
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including drafters, engineers, builders and suppliers
- 2+ years' experience in the building industry, preferably with a background in drafting, design or construction
- Strong understanding of building terminology and processes
- Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
