This is a broad role that involves supporting the Chief of Staff, National Adviser Assistant Manager, and National front office risk manager, as well as mentoring and training associate advisers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role within the stockbroking or wealth management sector, with prior experience in risk, KYC, admin support, and team leading.

Key responsibilities include team leading, mentoring, training, and recruitment of associate advisers, enhancing procedures and processes, supporting first-line risk activities, and maintaining client advice processes and documentation.

Qualifications and experience required include RG146 accreditation or equivalent, a degree in finance or related disciplines, and excellent customer service skills.
