Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wealth Management Professional to join our team at Anton Murray Consulting. As a key member of our private wealth management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and supporting our experienced Private Wealth Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Assist Private Client Advisors with new account document distribution, review new account forms, and input client banking details.
  • Account Management: Assign account numbers, provide completed new account forms to managers for approval, and arrange CHESS and sponsorship transfers.
  • Client Queries: Authorize access, respond to client inquiries regarding website access, and coordinate Initial Public Offering allocations.
  • Back Office Liaison: Liaise with the back office and share registries regarding client and PCA enquiries, and coordinate client seminars and presentations.
  • Account Maintenance: Maintain accurate account files, follow up on missing documents, process stock settlements, and monitor outstanding funds.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a banking-related discipline.
  • Prior experience in equity client services, desk assistant, or wealth management operations.
  • Ideal RG146 qualification.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate drive and initiative.
