Job Title: Wealth Management

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Management professional to join their team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Wealth Management team, including distributing new account documents, reviewing account forms, and arranging transfers of client documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional client service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client documents, including new account forms and transfer requests.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, Private Client Advisers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client queries.
  • Operations: Assist with the coordination of client seminars, conferences, and presentations, and maintain account files and follow up on missing documents.
  • Settlements: Process and monitor stock settlements, including follow-up with clients regarding outstanding funds.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Education: Degree qualified in a banking-related discipline.
  • Experience: Prior experience in equity client services, desk assistant, or wealth management operations is essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
