Job Title: Wealth Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management Professional to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management, private banking, and client onboarding, with a focus on KYC and AML regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support operational processes for CIP KYC and PEP reviews, including reviewing documentation and escalating regulatory concerns.
  • Work closely with sales teams to share KYC and ML/TF related guidance and ensure periodic review and approval records are retained properly.
  • Monitor the receipt of outstanding documentation within required timeframes and ensure high-risk accounts are escalated for Global Financial Crimes signoff.
Desired Experience/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience required.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the financial services industry, ideally with previous experience in Risk and Compliance.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to articulate issues concisely and effectively.
  • Impressive knowledge of KYC documentation, industry regulations, and best practices.
What We Offer:

This role will pay approximately $ per day plus super, depending on prior experience in relevant positions.
