Job Title: Wealth Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management Professional to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Advisory team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Associate Advisers and providing front office and risk support to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leading, mentoring, training, recruitment and onboarding of Associate Advisers
  • Enhancing procedures and processes for the Associates
  • Supporting First Line risk activities such as maintenance of risk and control registers, and incident management
  • Maintaining client advice processes and documentation
  • Assisting with Front office Remediation projects
  • Front office support, onboarding advisers to the business
Qualifications/Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role within Stockbroking / Wealth Management sector
  • RG146 accreditation or equivalent
Experience and Competencies Desired:
  • Degree qualified in finance or related disciplines desirable
  • Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Client experience an advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communication with an ability to influence
  • Resourceful, self-starter with high work standards and willingness to learn
  • Strong Microsoft office skills - including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on compliance
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
